1.      The license must be renewed by the licensee by paying spectrum charges (license fee + royalty) before expiry of the license to avoid any late fee.
2.      No separate demand note for renewal will be issued and further non communication of renewal notice will not be a reason to claim spectrum charge waiver.
3.      If the license is no more required, request for cancellation of license must be sent to this Ministry before expiry of license as per orders published on WPC website time to time. Failing which the spectrum charges will be payable by you until such time your cancellation request is received by WPC Wing.	
4.	The station shall be operated by Indian Nationals only, trained/authorized by the Licensee.
5.	Equipment should be procured only from Dealers who are in possession of Valid Dealer Possession License issued by Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing/Wireless Monitoring Organiations. 
6.	Equipments can be procured only against valid Decision letter.
7.	Operation should not be commenced before grant of wireless Operating License and it should be obtained for the entire network.
8.	Frequency and other parameters are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Government of India.
9.	Ensure adequate security arrangements to protect W/T equipments from falling into wrong hands.
