A. I hereby undertake to adhere to the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder and certify that I have carefully read the same.

B. I understand that this application, if found incomplete in any respect or if found with conditional compliance or not accompanied by the processing fee is liable to be summarily rejected.

C. I hereby undertake that representations, submissions or documents being provided are true and are not misleading, and I undertake to keep the Department of Telecommunications informed of any change therein. I understand that if at any stage it is found that any of the representations, submissions or documents that had been provided with the application were false or incorrect, then my application is liable to be rejected and the approval to operate and manage a regulatory sandbox, if granted on the basis of such application, is liable to be revoked.

D. I undertake to maintain confidentiality with regard to the regulatory sandbox, including testing and results thereof. I further undertake to ensure the same by the participants of the regulatory sandbox.

E. I acknowledge that the Central Government reserves the right to publish any relevant and generic information about the regulatory sandbox, including the approved applicants and participants, without revealing any proprietary information of such applicants or participants, on the portal.

F. I undertake to keep the Central Government indemnified from any acts, omissions, commissions, breaches or any kind of culpability arising out of or in relation to any testing in the regulatory sandbox.

G. I undertake to comply with, and ensure adherence by each participant to, all applicable obligations, terms and conditions specified under the Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2026.
