2.	The applicant holds a valid M2M Service Authorisation under the Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Miscellaneous Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026;
3.	Each SPM site shall be GSMA SAS-SM certified and the applicant shall submit a copy of the GSMA SAS-SM certificate to DoT before operationalising any SPM in India;
4.	The proposed SPM Platform shall comply with the Telecommunications Act, 2023, the Rules made thereunder and all directions, technical standards, security requirements and other instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time;
5.	The applicant shall furnish such additional information or documents as may be required by the Central Government during examination of the application.
